Welcome to "Top Sun" located at our charming, newly built community situated right in the heart of town! This stunning two-story home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, and a private pool, among many other amenities.

This floor also includes a washer and dryer and access to the rooftop deck, offering amazing views of the town and the Gulf! The living room offers a twin sized bed for an additional sleeper.
